What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- START: Just start! Try putting your product or service “out there” and learn from the reaction.
- RUN: Learn from your sales- why did they purchase, what appealed to them and how can you replicate that?
- GROW: invest in what can generate more revenue, be it products or systems. Keep your brain fresh to find new opportunists, and delegate or outsource tasks that take you away from that mindset.

I don’t believe one needs to write a business plan in the traditional sense. Unless someone, an investor perhaps, has asked for one. And even the most important thing to know is the break even number, when your business will break even against the initial investment, and how many sales, or how much revenue is needed to break even.
