Return and Exchange Policy
Items in new condition can be exchanged or returned if the process is initiated within 14 days of delivery. Final sale shoes and restorative footbeds are not eligible for return or exchange.
To initiate a return or exchange, simply forward your original email receipt from the purchase along with your exchange request to email@example.com. We'll reply with a pre-paid shipping label that must be used before its 2 business day expiration. If the label expires, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
Babos is not responsible for loss or damage of packages in the custody of the carrier.
Alaska, Hawaii and International Orders: Exchange and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, including the cost to ship the new item.
We process refunds within 7 days of receiving the package. The refund amount is the purchase price minus an $8 (per item) restocking fee. Returned items without the original dust bag and shoe horn (if included) are subject to an additional $5 re-packaging fee.
Exchanged items are not subject to a restocking fee. After one exchange, the customer is responsible for shipping costs for returns or exchanges of exchanged items.
